NEW EMBROIDERY MACHINES, NEW TECHNOLOGIES, NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CLIENTS
COMBI-MACHINE H for combined chain, chenille and regular embroidery
|
Twin head for both regular embroidery and chain and chenille stitch.
It is a combination that adds the multi-color capability of a standard
embroidery head to the abundance of options provided by the K head.
It enables you to create new, distinctive designs for discerning customers.
|
COMBI-MACHINE Z for combined taping, coiling, zigzag and regular embroidery
|
The W-head enables the application of fancy yarns. The
upper thread primarily serves to fix the fancy yarn.
According to the condition of the yarn and the
desired optical effect, you can choose between the
operation modes tape, coiling and zigzag.
The feed of the fancy yarn is effected
from a freely revolving bobbin close to
the needle. The material passes continuously
(coiling) or in embroidery direction around
the embroidering point depending on the
mode of operation.

TuftMaster Machines with Stitchtuft
|
StitchTuft is a new look in the textile industry
and is expected to attract sectors such as promotions,
corporate wear and casual wear as well as high fashion
and home textiles. It is an extremely soft pile made of
countless small hairs of yarn placed side by side.
Tufting is the process of inserting pile yarn into a backing
material, originating back to colonial times in the USA,
where early settlers started crafting fabrics containing
warming piles. Today, tufting is mostly associated with
carpet production. The loops that are formed by the needle,
become 'pins' or 'hairs' simply by cutting the loops.
Depending on the chosen yarn, pile height and pile density
the look & feel can be designed according to ones
individual liking.
